What is the minimum number of chair covers I can hire? |

A minimum of 50 chair covers is required per order, if this number is not met there will be an additional £30 charge. |

I don't know the exact numbers of chair covers I require as my numbers might change - can I change my numbers? |

We will need an estimation regarding your numbers at the time of booking, however we allow changes up to two weeks before the wedding, we understand that it can be a difficult to predict exact guest numbers before this time.
However we cannot guarantee that sudden increases in numbers at the last minute can be accommodated so please inform us as soon as possible if big changes in your numbers have occurred. |

What size of chair covers do you stock? |
| A. |
We stock chair covers that fit the common round top banquet chair design, common in most hotels and venues. Our supplier stocks several different designs however so we can get covers that fit most chairs. |

Do you put the chair covers on? |
| A. |
We set up the chair covers either the morning of the event, or the night before if the venue allows. We liaise with the venue regarding timings and collection of the items meaning one less job for you in the run up to your event! |

How much is delivery/collection? |

If the venue is within ten miles of the York area delivery and collection is free, if your venue is out of this range then there will be a £25 delivery and collection charge. |

Do we have to wash the linen after use? |
| A. |
No you do not, we supply the linen ready to use and collect the used linen, leave it all to us! |
